Returns & Replacement Policy

We take immense pride in the quality of our anti-tarnish jewellery. To maintain our affordable pricing and hygiene standards, we follow a Replacement-Only Policy.

  1. No Money Refunds

Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds for any orders. Once a purchase is made, it is final. We encourage you to read the product descriptions and view the images carefully before purchasing.

  1. Damaged or Broken Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective during transit, we will provide a free replacement of the same item.

  1. How to Claim a Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, you must follow these steps:

  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory): To prevent fraudulent claims, we require a clear, unedited unboxing video starting from the opening of the courier seal to the revealing of the damage.
  • Timeline: You must report the damage within 24 hours of receiving the package by emailing us at  help@genjewell.in.
  • Verification: Once our team verifies the video and the damage, we will ship a fresh replacement to you at no extra cost.

Note: If the specific item is out of stock, we will provide you with a store credit/coupon code of the same value to use on your next purchase.

Jewellery Care Instructions

Even though our jewellery is Anti-Tarnish and Waterproof, a little extra love goes a long way in maintaining its “day-one” shine for years!

  • The “Last On, First Off” Rule: Always put your jewellery on after applying makeup, hairspray, and perfume. Take it off before sleeping.
  • Store it Dry: When not in use, store your pieces in the airtight zip-lock pouch provided or a soft cloth bag. Avoid keeping them in open velvet boxes as they can trap moisture.
  • Gentle Cleaning: If your jewellery looks a bit dull after a long day, simply wipe it with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or jewellery cleaners.
  • Avoid Salt Water: While our pieces are water-resistant, prolonged exposure to chlorine (pools) or salt water (ocean) can eventually affect the plating.
